Dr. Navid Sharifzadeh

Bio:

Dr. Navid Sharifzadeh is a board certified specialist in Periodontology and implant dentistry. He earned his DDS degree in 2003 and built an evidence-based state-of-the-art multispecialty practice. And worked as a general dentist for 10 years before starting his residency program in periodontology and implant dentistry at the University of Southern California in 2013.

Dr. Sharifzadeh’s main focus is on soft tissue management around teeth and implants. He recently wrote a book chapter as a co-author on soft tissue procedures around dental implants and has two other book chapters on the same topic as well as esthetics in implantology.

Dr. Sharifzadeh is a member of several professional organizations such as the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration and European Academy of Osseointegration and he is currently teaching Periodontology part-time as a visiting faculty.
